(Prime Minister of India) Rajiv K. Luthra was awarded the
‘National Law Day Award’ by the Prime Minister
of India with a citation
‘In recognition of his singular contribution to the
practice of corporate and commercial law in India
and for being one of the country’s earliest pioneer
in international transaction lawyering’.
Rajiv K Luthra has been appointed to SEBI’s
High Level Committee for ‘Reviewing Insider
Trading Regulations’. He was also appointed to
SEBI’s Committee on ‘Rationalization of Investment
Routes and Monitoring of Foreign Portfolio Investments.’ IFLR 1000
